Background

Research culture broadly refers to a shared sets of values, norms, attitudes, behaviours and expectations that influence research career paths and determine how research is conducted, shaping research communities and spaces over time.

Funded by the Wellcome Trust, this research is led by the Equity Collective, a team of researchers and practitioners based in Southeast Asia and the United Kingdom.
